Hankering for a plate of good squid and vegetables? This recipe harmoniously blends the delicate flavor of the squid with the taste of asparagus and zucchini, with a touch of honey. A tasty dish, very easy and fast to prepare thanks to our secret ingredients: Sword frozen Vietnam squid and Sword frozen asparagus, as delicious as fresh.
Squid slices with honey vinaigrette, asparagus and zucchini is the ideal recipe for a restaurant or to amaze your guests.

Ingredients
- 4 Sword Vietnam frozen squid
- Filtered lemon juice
- 6 spoons of olive oil
- 1 spoon of honey
- chopped parsley
- 2 Zucchini
- 500gr Sword frozen asparagus
- Salt and pepper
- 3 spoons of apple cider vinegar
Recipe for 3/4 portions
- The vinaigrette. In a bowl mix some olive oil, chopped parsley, a drop of apple cider vinegar and filtered lemon juice. Add salt and pepper at your taste and mix it with the aid of a whip. Then add honey and, always with the aid of a whip, mix faster until it reaches the form of a homogeneous sauce.
- Let squids to defrost (you can accelerate the process posing them under cold water), clean them and blot dry. Make some cuts on the top.
- Pose Sword frozen asparagus in cold water and let them boil for 10 minutes, drain, cut them into small pieces and brown them in a frying pan together with olive oil and vinaigrette for few minutes. Use the vinaigrette to brush zucchini, then grill them and cut them into slices.
- Now you can grill the squids, brush them often with the vinaigrette until browned on both sides.
- When squid’s are ready you can prepare your plate cutting them into slices of desired size and coloring them with asparagus and zucchini. To complete the serving plate add a bit of chopped parsley on the top.
