Ingredients
- Sword frozen spinach (300 gr)
- Fresh eggs (4)
- Pine nuts (1 spoon)
- Raisins (1 spoon)
- Grana padano (2 spoons)
- Cherry tomatoes (3/4)
- Milk (2 spoons)
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
* recipe for 3/4 portions
- Mince the frozen spinach with a knife with a long serrated blade. Put the eggs, the spinach, the chopped grana padano, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and mix it.
- Chop pine nuts and raisins and add them in the bowl with 2 spoons of milk and stir till the dough is smooth.
- Grease 4 high edge round bowl and fill them with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven (180°) for about 20 minutes. Halfway through add one cherry tomatoe per bowl to decorate each flan.
- When they will be swollen and gold, put them out of the oven and serve directly in their bowl.
